Loyalty Program Guidelines

  • To apply for Casino Malta membership card, please fill in the application form and submit it to the casino personnel with your ID. You will get the Bonus member card for free.

  • To collect bonus points please insert Your card into the card reader while playing the slot machine or let the dealer register Your card before You start the game on the table.

  • The client card is personal and must not be given to another person.

  • The bonus point exchange rate is 100 bonus points = €1.

  • The minimum bonus point amount to be exchanged for cash is 100 points, which is €1.

  • You must show Your ID to use the bonus points while paying for goods and services.

  • Casino Malta by staff’s family members and relatives cannot have nor use the client card and client card discounts.

  • If You have lost Your client card or it has been stolen, You must immediately contact Casino Malta by reception by phone        23 710 555 (24h)

  • You can close Your client card by writing an appropriate application at Casino Malta reception.

  • In case of breaking the Gaming Act (Chapter 400) of the Laws of Malta, gambling rules or house regulations of Casino Malta, the casino has the right to end the contract with the client and not allow to serve the client in the casinos without setting term.
