The Game
Players are asked to place their wagers. The Player and the Banker are each dealt 2 initial cards. The Player’s hand shall be exposed first followed by the Banker’s hand. The Player’s hand determines what action shall be taken. A third card may be drawn depending on the total of the first two cards dealt. This is determined by the “Table of Play”. Card values in Mini-Punto Banco differ from those in Blackjack. All face cards have a value of zero. Ace has a point value of one. Remaining cards point values are face value. The hand with a point value closest to nine wins. Cards in the hand are added together and the last digit is used to determine the value of each hand and thus declare the winner. E.g. 8 + 8 = 16.Total of the hand = 6. Correct wagers on the Player are paid even money (1:1). Correct wagers on the Banker are paid even money (1:1) and correct wagers on the tie are paid eight to one (8:1)
